The Timothy C. Averill Debate Education Fund is a 501 (c) (3) tax deductible fund under the management of the Manchester Education Fund. All contributions to the fund become part of the endowment. The interest on the endowment supports the program of the fund, and there are no fundraising or administrative expenses.
